This single-family home is situated on a picturesque tree-lined street near the village of Southampton, NY. The renovation work was carried out in two phases. Initially, we renovated the existing structure and oversaw the construction of a office, as well as the refurbishment of the kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. In the second phase, the house was expanded to approximately 3400 square feet, featuring an entrance hall with double height ceiling, a new spacious garage, family room, mudroom, powder room, and a games room for their sons.

The project incorporates modern elements and sophisticated touches, creating a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere. The renovation not only increased the usable area of the house, but also enhanced its aesthetics and practicality, ultimately improving the quality of life for the residents.
